Privacy Policy

TallTrack (“we”, “the app”) helps you estimate adult height potential and track healthy growth habits.

1. Who this applies to

TallTrack is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use TallTrack only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use TallTrack, we may process information such as:

  • Age / date of birth
  • Sex at birth
  • Current height
  • Parental heights
  • Self-reported growth and development signals
  • Habit data (for example sleep, nutrition coverage, mobility)
  • Height check-ins and height history
  • Account and subscription status
  • Profile details you choose to enter (such as name, sports, sleep band, or goals)

3. On-device storage

TallTrack stores app data on your device so the app can work offline and stay responsive. On-device data may include the information listed above and related account state.

If you are signed in, some of this information may also be backed up to the cloud as described below. TallTrack does not claim that all user data stays only on your device.

4. Cloud backup and sync

If you sign in with Apple, certain account and app data may be securely stored on our cloud infrastructure to support account recovery, backup, and syncing across devices. This may include profile information, height measurements, habit data, and account state.

5. AI-powered features

When you use AI-powered features, your question and limited relevant app context may be processed by our backend and third-party AI service providers solely to generate the requested response. TallTrack does not sell this data.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Subscription and entitlement information may be processed by third-party service providers used to manage in-app purchases and subscription status. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

7. Health data

TallTrack does not currently read or write Apple Health / HealthKit. Any future Health features will ask for permission first and update this policy.

8. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. When you delete your TallTrack account, associated cloud account data is deleted, subject to limited retention where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. AI processing logs, if any, are retained only as needed to operate and secure the service, then deleted.

9. Your choices

  • Delete account / data: use in-app controls to delete local data and, when signed in, associated cloud account data as described above.
  • Manage subscription: cancel or change Pro in Apple Subscriptions (deleting app data does not cancel billing).

10. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
